Ayam negeri, cumi, udang peci, olive oil, jamur shitake, brokoli, wortel (lokal), bawang bombay, bawang putih, kecap King’s Lobster, Chinese Braising Sauce, bawang goreng, tahu telur, merica, garam, saus tiram, .

Deskripsi:

Semua bahan di-stew, tetapi sayuran dimasukkan belakangan supaya tidak lembek hasilnya. Setelah matang, ditaburi dengan bawang goreng dan bawang bombay.

Coba-coba membuat sapo tahu seafood sendiri, ternyata hasilnya enak. Penggunaan saus Chinese braising-nya sangat tepat karena memberikan rasa yang khas untuk sapo tahu ini.

    Haha coba2 niru Sapo tahu seafoodnya Talaga Sari tapi ga pake jahe aja sih ma kurang kakap n ubur2 tapi ganti pake brokoli.. Di sini kurang puas sama bahan2nya kalah seger sih sama yang Talaga Sari punya.. Tapi rasa Chinese Braising saucenya mirip ma rasa yang dipake di Talaga Sari
